Tubing
This top-tier 4130 alloy steel tubing is engineered to withstand higher loads and extreme conditions, maximizing the potential of chromoly steel. To ensure that each tube meets RIKULAU’s strict standards for dimensional accuracy and quality, critical processes—including precision tubing, post-machining, and heat treatment—are all completed within the Taiwanese supply chain.

Tubing: RIKULAU-selected Nippon Steel chromoly steel from Japan; seamless tubing and all subsequent processes are completed in Taiwan.

Heat Treatment: Down tube and rear stays are heat-treated to enhance chassis stability and maximize pedaling efficiency.

Rack Mounts: Mounting points on both rear stays and fork provide easy adaptability for long-distance touring.
