Rikulau Bikes Chosen by a Singaporean Cycling Team

Rikulau has been chosen by Passione JFT Cycling Team, a youth team based in Singapore, to be their training and competition bike.

Passione JFT Cycling team was established in May 2009 by a French national, Mr. Jean-Francois Torrelle, living in Singapore.  The team is consisted of 15 young athletes that include some future stars in the cycling sports in Singapore.  Among them, Marcus Leong is the silver medal winner at the 5-day Tour of Friendship in Thailand this year;  Dinah Chan was the individual time trial bronze medalist in last year’s Southeast Asia Games, and the champion in the road event in Singapore National Cycling Championship two years in a row.

The team already has several Rikulau titanium and 853 bikes.  Marcus Leong has raced on Rikulau 3/2.5 titanium bike in Singapore, Thailand, and France since the beginning of the year, and has collected very good race results.  Rikulau’s flagship 953 will be introduced later this year to the team to make the team even more competitive.  Rikulau hopes to help these young athletes with the superb quality bikes, and also hopes to share their pride on the podium.
